ParketarKragujevac.rs is a service for collecting enquiries about parquet work in Kragujevac and the surrounding area, and for connecting users with independent contractors when a suitable contractor is available.

The site does not carry out parquet work, does not visit properties, does not give final prices, does not schedule dates and does not sell materials.

The site's service is receiving and handling enquiries and making a connection possible.

Parquet work, if a connection and an agreement follow, is carried out by an independent contractor with whom the user agrees the terms of engagement directly.

These are two separate relationships. The site is not a party to the agreement about the work and does not assume the contractor's obligations.

A submitted form, a message or a phone call is an enquiry, not an order. An enquiry binds nobody.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract for parquet work — neither with the site nor with any contractor.

The site does not guarantee that a contractor is available, by when one will be, or that a connection will happen at all.

The price, the scope of work, materials, the date and the method of payment are agreed directly between the user and the contractor.

Price ranges and estimates, where shown on the site, are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer.

Descriptions of processes, durations and drying conditions are general and describe typical cases.

They do not replace an inspection of your particular floor and cannot be relied on as a guarantee of the outcome on it.

The quality of the work, the deadlines and any damage caused during the work are the responsibility of the contractor who accepted and performed the job.

Warranty terms, complaints and liability for completed work are agreed with that contractor and addressed to them.

The site does not carry out work, so it gives no warranty for it and does not handle complaints about it.

Complaints about how the site works, about its content or about the processing of personal data are separate from complaints about completed work, and go to the contact published on the site.

Nothing in these terms reduces the rights you have under the law of the Republic of Serbia, including consumer protection rights.

Where any provision conflicts with those rights, the regulation applies and the provision does not.

What is collected, why, how long it is kept and on what terms it may be shared with a contractor is set out in the privacy policy.
