Privacy policy
This document describes what data the site collects, why it is processed and what happens to it next.

The role of the site
ParketarKragujevac.rs does not carry out parquet work. The site collects enquiries and exists to connect people with independent contractors, when a suitable contractor is available.
That matters for data processing too: enquiry data is collected in order to understand the request and prepare a possible connection, not in order to carry out the work.
What is collected
Through the contact form: name, phone number, email address if you enter one, location, type of work, approximate floor area and the text of the message.
The form does not accept attachments. If you send photos of the floor through a direct channel (phone, chat or email), they are processed as part of that correspondence.
Technical data recorded by hosting and by traffic-measurement tools when those are enabled. Those tools never receive your name, phone number, email address or message content.
Why it is processed
To answer the enquiry and to understand what kind of work is involved.
To keep a record of enquiries received.
To prepare a possible connection with a suitable independent contractor.
There is no profiling, no automated decision-making and no selling of data.
Sharing with a contractor
At present enquiry data is not routinely passed to a contractor, because no contracted contractor exists.
Once a connection becomes possible, enquiry data may be shared with a selected independent contractor, and only to the extent needed to respond to your request.
You will be informed appropriately before your enquiry is shared with a contractor. The consent flow and this document will be updated when that functionality becomes active.
Where data is processed
Data may be processed through the infrastructure providers the site uses for hosting and for handling the contact form. The site is hosted on Netlify, which receives and stores enquiries sent through the form.
Transmission is encrypted. The content of an enquiry is not written to this site's logs: names, phone numbers, email addresses and message text are never logged.
How long it is kept
Data is kept only for as long as is reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, and to meet any legal obligations.
You can request deletion at the contact published on the site.
Cookies and measurement consent
The site sets no advertising cookies and does not use them for profiling.
The traffic-measurement tool is not loaded until you consent to it. Until then the page contains no third-party script at all, and therefore none of their cookies.
Your decision is stored in the browser (`localStorage`) solely so that it can be honoured on your next visit. You can change it at any time through "Measurement settings" at the foot of the page.
Refusing changes nothing about how the site works: every page, contact channel and the form behave the same.
Your rights
Access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, and deletion where there are grounds for it.
Restriction of processing and objection to processing, where there are grounds for it.
Withdrawal of consent, where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.
A complaint to the competent data protection authority.
Note
This document describes the site's current practice and is not legal advice. It is not a claim that the site fully complies with every applicable regulation.
The parties
The site collects enquiries; parquet work is carried out by an independent contractor. The agreement about the work is between the user and that contractor.
Requests and questions about this document go to the contact published on the site.
